Zachary Daniels is hiring a Store Manager in Cardiff to lead an exciting outdoor lifestyle store. You will own day‑to‑day operations, drive sales and KPI targets, and develop a passionate retail team within a purpose‑led, B Corp certified brand.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, community engagement and bringing the brand's sea and outdoors passion to life in the city.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance, owning the P&L where appropriate.
• Create a welcoming, knowledgeable store environment and visual merchandising standards.
• Build relationships with customers and the local community through events and partnerships.
• Manage stock, rotas and store operations to support growth.

This is a role for someone who wants to do more than simply run a store. The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the store, while leading and developing a passionate retail team.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance, taking ownership of the P&L
• Creating a welcoming, knowledgeable and engaging store environment
• Building strong relationships with customers and the local community
• Bringing the brand to life through events, partnerships and local activations
• Managing stock, visual merchandising, rotas and operational standards
• Feeding customer and local market insight back into the wider business
