We’re looking for a warm, sales focussed and organised Assistant Manager to join our beautiful bridal retail store in Cardiff. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to lead a passionate team of Bridal Sales Consultants, ensuring every bride-to-be who walks through our doors receives nothing short of exceptional service.

This is a hands-on role where your leadership, creativity, and attention to detail will make a real difference. Whether you're coaching your team to success, stepping in to resolve a challenge, or helping a bride say “yes” to her dream dress, you’ll be playing a key part in the magic of what we do.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting and deputising for the Store Manager in day-to-day operations
• Leading by example to deliver consistent, high-level customer service
• Driving forward sales and working towards company KPIs and targets
• Handling opening/closing duties, cash handling, and store health & safety
• Managing rotas, timesheets, payroll queries, and stock control
• Representing our brand with professionalism and positivity
• Supporting team development through regular feedback, 1-2-1s, and performance management
• Maintaining high stock standards and loss prevention

32 hours per week

£27,164 per annum pro rata (based on a 40 hour contract)
