We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager with a passion for luxury to help lead our Bridgend store!

Position: Assistant Store Manager – Full Time

Location: Bridgend

Hours per Week:

Salary: £27,000

The Assistant Store Manager role:

• Support the Store Manager in driving business success with a passion for people and high standards of execution
• Make strategic and analytical decisions to support sales, KPIs, and profitability through motivation and leadership
• Model excellent customer service and motivate the team to achieve high standards
• Develop a highly effective team through engagement, coaching, and training
