Aldi Store Manager role leading a team to deliver outstanding shopping experiences and drive operational excellence at our UK store. You will inspire a positive, high-performing environment, recruit and develop staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while controlling costs.

You will drive KPI performance, oversee in-store tasks, and handle customer issues with professionalism, delivering exceptional service and business results in a fast-paced retail setting.
