Job summary

Vision Express in Belfast is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, customer service excellence, and achieving sales targets.

You'll help with stock ordering, cash handling, and visual merchandising while fostering a positive team environment and helping customers step out in confidence with tailored eyewear solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail environment preferred.
• Ability to manage stock, cash handling and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills are valued.
• Comfort with achieving sales targets and store standards.

Job description

As an Assistant Store Manager at Vision Express, you'll support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store. This can include managing the team, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.

You'll assist with administrative tasks such as stock ordering and management, cash handling and reporting. You'll play a key role in creating a positive and productive work environment, ensuring the store meets the business objectives.
