THE ROLE

• Work in partnership with the Store Management team
• Act as a role model to the team, driving a great atmosphere in store
• Analyse the sales figures on a daily basis and make the right commercial choices
• Facilitate personal and team growth and development to deliver on KPI’s, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations
