Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Team Management: Enthusiastically transmit passion for the brand to the sales team, supporting the Store Manager, enabling the internal development of the people who work with you.
  • Sales: Lead, together with the Store Manager, the achievement of commercial targets and KPIs, engaging the sales team through action plans and, at the same time, ensuring a careful brand image throughout the sales process.
  • Customer experience: Attract and build customer loyalty by paying attention to every detail, offering the highest quality service.
  • Shop operations: Ensure compliance with procedures such as inventories, stock management, cash register, daily reports, team schedule management, etc.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
  • English speaker, other languages would be a plus.
  • Strong team player and commercial mindset.
