Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc in Altrincham is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our growing lifestyle fashion retailer. You will support the Store Manager, motivate and develop the team, and ensure excellence in customer service, visual merchandising and store operations while delivering against commercial targets.

You will bring proven leadership in fashion or premium retail, a strong grasp of KPIs, and a hands-on approach that inspires by example.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Department Manager in fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and people management skills.
• Hands-on leader who motivates, develops and leads by example.

A growing lifestyle fashion retailer is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership team within its new Altrincham location. Working closely with the Store Manager, the successful candidate will support all aspects of store operations, helping to lead, motivate and develop the team while maintaining the highest standards across customer service, visual merchandising, and operational excellence. This role will play a key part in driving sales performance, enhancing customer loyalty and ensuring the store consistently delivers against its commercial objectives.

This company is looking for a motivated retail leader with previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Department Manager within a fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail environment. Candidates should have a strong understanding of KPIs, excellent people management skills and a passion for creating a positive and engaging customer experience.
