You will support the Store Manager, motivate and develop the team, and ensure excellence in customer service, visual merchandising and store operations while delivering against commercial targets.

You will bring proven leadership in fashion or premium retail, a strong grasp of KPIs, and a hands-on approach that inspires by example.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Department Manager in fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and people management skills.
• Hands-on leader who motivates, develops and leads by example.
