Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking an exceptional Assistant Spa Manager for a maternity cover starting 1st December 2026. The role requires NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications with TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS training advantageous, and experience in a similar spa environment.

You will support the Spa Manager in running the spa and wellness centre, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, managing staff, and contributing to financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified in spa or beauty therapies.
• Experience in a spa/w wellness environment.
• TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS training is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa operations.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
• Manage spa personnel and schedule duties.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and safety within the spa.
