We are looking for a warm and passionate Assistant Spa Manager to join our Spa team at The Retreat, Elcot Park located in West Berkshire.

You will:

• Support the Spa Director and Spa Operations Manager with the day-to-day running of the Spa at the hotel.
• Be people-focused, with the ability to line-manage and develop your team members through ongoing coaching and training.
• Work in partnership with the Group Learning & Development Manager to deliver relevant Spa training.
• Have an understanding of Health and Safety regulations within a Spa, or a growth mindset to learn.
• Be guest-focused, with a can-do attitude, to ensure we deliver superior experiences to all who indulge in our Spa.
