What you'll do

Your role involves supporting the identification, development, and management of sourcing opportunities for General Merchandise across our brands. Working closely with the Sourcing Manager, you will help implement departmental strategies and meet KPIs. This includes maintaining a robust supply base aligned with our Global Sourcing Strategy, supporting the sourcing process from supplier engagement to setup, tracking product development, maintaining quotation records, and negotiating prices to meet margin goals. You will also assist in order management, establish effective communication with colleagues and suppliers, and demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Who you are

You are a motivated professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills, experienced in a retail commercial role. You possess a good understanding of market trends and commercial awareness, with strong numeracy and analytical skills, proficient in Excel. Your organizational skills and adherence to operational procedures help you deliver results and proactively find solutions.
