Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar residential role.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
• Good knowledge of residential build processes, subcontractor management and site safety.
• Ability to monitor workmanship, maintain progress and identify issues early.
• Proactive, solutions-focused attitude and able to work in a fast-paced site.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager in day-to-day running of the development.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works meet quality, safety, and programme.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress.
