Job summary

ITS (Cheltenham) Ltd is seeking an experienced Freelance Assistant Site Manager for a new residential development in the Leominster area. You will support the Site Manager with daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring safety, programme, and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager on residential new-build developments, with timber frame experience highly desirable and essential SMSTS and

• Experience as an Assistant Site Manager on residential new-build developments.
• Timber frame experience is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of site health & safety, quality control and programme management.
• Experience coordinating and supervising subcontractors and site teams.
• Ability to monitor site progress and report to the Site Manager.
• SMSTS and First Aid certificates are essential.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Assistant Site Manager to join a new residential development in the Leominster area.

The successful candidate will support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development, helping to coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress and ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager on residential new-build developments.
• Timber frame experience is highly desirable.

• Experience assisting with the coordination and supervision of subcontractors and site teams.
