Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Assistant Manager on new build housing sites.
• Experience working for recognised UK house-builders is required.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company quality standards including defect management and NHBC requirements.
• Keep site clean and tidy and lead/co-ordinate the site team.
• Assist with Health & Safety file preparation and risk assessments.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure programmes are achieved.
• Manage trades, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
• Lead snagging, customer care, and handover standards.
