Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a Halifax, HX2-based assignment on a 2-5 bed new build housing development. The role is temporary with a start ASAP, focusing on delivering volume housing to NHBC standards, on timber frame and traditional builds.

The candidate must have a proven track record on volume housing sites, strong health & safety focus, and be well-organised to manage a fast-paced, tidy site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Assistant Manager on new build housing sites.
• Proven experience running/assisting sites for recognised UK housebuilders.
• Up-to-date SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to the Company quality standards including Management of defects, compliance with specification, compliance with materials / workmanship schedules, subcontractor code of conduct, considerate Constructors Scheme
