Formación

• Experience within social housing, planned maintenance, refurbishment or a similar sector.
• Previous experience as an RLO, Site Supervisor, Assistant Site Manager or similar.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• The confidence to communicate with tenants, clients and contractors.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A genuine desire to develop and progress within site management.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the management and coordination of refurbishment programmes.
• Monitor progress to ensure works are completed within agreed timescales.
• Liaise with clients, residents, tenants and contractors.
• Provide regular updates on programme progress and upcoming works.
• Help resolve issues and queries throughout the programme.
• Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of projects.
• Assist in maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety.
• Help coordinate operatives and subcontractors where required.
• Maintain accurate records and programme information.
