Job summary

Lovell Renew is seeking an Assistant Site Manager - Planned to join our Decarbonisation team. You will support the Site Manager in delivering retrofit projects across social housing, ensuring safety, quality and funding compliance.

Experience in retrofit programmes and PAS 2030/2035 is prized; leadership of engineers and subcontractors will be key to delivering excellent customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in retrofit, sustainability and planned maintenance programmes.
• Knowledge of SHDF projects and funded retrofit programmes is desirable.
• Ability to lead teams and motivate engineers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager to deliver retrofit projects safely, efficiently and to funding requirements.
• Coordinate engineers and subcontractors, resolving client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist in performance management and budget control for projects.
