Sustainable Building Services (SBS) is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver residential retrofit and decarbonisation projects. You will lead on-site teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure work is safe, on time, and within budget across multiple regional sites.

The role emphasises leadership, programme management and close collaboration with clients and design teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Formación

• Leadership and people-management experience across construction sites.
• Strong written and oral communication with clients and teams.
• Proven ability to coordinate resources and maintain schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and programme adherence.
• Manage subcontractors, site personnel, and site logistics to meet targets.
• Produce weekly progress reports and lead toolbox talks.
