Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for an ongoing temporary contract in Coalville, overseeing retrofit, solar PV, and decarbonisation works. You will lead day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance on energy-efficient projects in occupied and void properties.

The role requires a strong track record in retrofit schemes, CSCS Gold or Black Card, and the ability to start immediately.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering energy efficiency projects in occupied/void properties.
• Strong track record in retrofit and decarbonisation schemes.
• CSCS Gold or Black Card required.
• Immediate start available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Manage subcontractors, trades and labour on site.
• Ensure all health & safety regulations and site compliance requirements are met.
• Coordinate retrofit, solar PV and decarbonisation works.
• Liaise with clients, residents and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks and progress reporting.
