Job summary

Untypical Limited is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join our team on a 9-month fixed term contract at our site at Tanton Field. You will support the Site Manager, coordinate trades and labour to meet build programmes and ensure exceptional customer service on show homes.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will drive health and safety compliance, liaise with the Sales Team, and deputise as required to maintain progress and quality across residential developments nationwide.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Management or equivalent.
• CSCS – Gold supervisor and SMSTS.
• First Aid at Work and fire safety knowledge.
• Experience delivering on build programmes in residential development.
• Ability to lead site teams, coordinate trades and supervise labour.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Work with Sales Team to attend Build/Sales meetings and inspect show homes.
• deputise for the Site Manager when required to maintain progress.
• Ensure the on-site Construction team is fully resourced with clear responsibilities.
• Provide guidance and develop the site team through training and organisation.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with company guidelines.
• Implement Safety, Health and Environment procedures and uphold legal requirements.
