Fortus Recruitment Group is recruiting for an External Planned Maintenance- Social Housing role. An Assistant Site Manager is sought to oversee internal and external planned maintenance projects on a long-term contract across Mitcham and surrounding areas.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Manage sub-contractors and direct operatives on site.
• Lead the site team to deliver works to specification.
• Oversee delivery of works and supervise reporting staff including RLOs and admin.
• Conduct pre- and post-inspections of works and ensure quality checks.
• Maintain health & safety standards and site quality.
