Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Assistant Manager on new build housing sites.
• Proven experience running/assisting sites for recognised UK housebuilders.
• Up-to-date SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to quality standards and manage defects, materials, and workmanship schedules.
• Lead and coordinate the site team to maintain pace and quality.
• Oversee health and safety compliance, inductions, risk assessments and permits.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and inspectors and report progress to Contracts Manager.
• Manage site facilities, welfare, and site logistics.
