Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Site Manager on new build housing projects.
• Proven experience running sites for recognised UK housebuilders.
• Up-to-date SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to quality standards, manage defects, comply with specifications and schedules.
• Keep site clean and tidy; lead and coordinate the site team.
• Assist with Health & Safety file preparation and site safety plans.
