Job summary

Taylor Wimpey is seeking a Site Supervisor to efficiently manage field operations, supervise subcontractors, and ensure material supplies align with the Site Manager. The role includes planning and programming site activities, while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will deputise for the Site Manager when required, coordinate with multiple teams, and drive delivery of the construction programme in a safe, compliant manner for customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• NHBC knowledge and Building Regulations referenced.
• Ability to supervise site operations and subcontractors.
• Experience coordinating with site teams to maintain programme.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly labour and subcontractor coordination to meet the build programme.
• Direct contractors and manage subcontractor performance to ensure quality.
• Coordinate with Site Manager to ensure material availability for the programme.
• Maintain safety by complying with regulations and Taylor Wimpey procedures.
• Arrange inspections with NHBC and local authorities, accompany inspectors.
• Ensure homes are defect-free at legal completion and ready for occupation.
