Job summary

Taylor Wimpey is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to efficiently manage field operations, coordinate labour and sub-contractors, plan weekly work packs and ensure builds progress on schedule. You will work under the Site Manager, uphold NHBC and Building Regulations, maintain high safety standards, and liaise with Sales, Buying and sub-contractors to deliver customer-ready homes.

This role requires a trade background, a valid CSCS Manager/Supervisor card, and an NVQ Level 4 in Residential

Qualifications

• Trade background with practical construction experience.
• NVQ Residential Construction Site Supervision L4.
• Detailed knowledge of NHBC and Building Regulations.
• First aid qualified.
• CSCS card holder at Manager/Supervisor level.

Responsibilities

• Organisation and control of labour and sub-contractors.
• Plan and coordinate materials to meet programme.
• Ensure the availability of materials in liaison with the Site Manager.
• Assist the Site Manager in planning site activities and safety compliance.
• Co-ordinate with NHBC and Local Authority for stage inspections.
• Drive customer satisfaction with quality and snagging.
