Job summary

Taylor Wimpey is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to efficiently manage field operations, oversee subcontractors, and ensure timely material supply in collaboration with the Site Manager. The role involves planning site activities, maintaining safety and quality, and deputising as needed to keep the programme on track.

Candidates should have NVQ Level 4 in Site Supervision and a solid understanding of NHBC guidelines and Building Regulations.

• Experience in managing site operations and coordinating labour and subcontractors
• Knowledge of NHBC guidelines and Building Regulations
• Strong health and safety discipline and ability to implement method statements
• Ability to plan, program and ensure quality standards meet customer expectations
