MWH Treatment Limited is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to strengthen the Construction team at sites across the Anglian Region. The role provides day-to-day leadership to site teams and subcontractors, coordinating multiple work activities while developing skills to progress into a Site Manager position.

You will deputise for the Site Manager when required, driving performance, continuous improvement and effective stakeholder management on medium-sized construction projects.

Formación

• SMSTS training and CSCS card are required
• Health & Safety or First Aid at Work courses required
• Programme and resource management experience essential
• Excellent organisational and communication skills required
• A valid UK driving licence is desirable

Responsabilidades

• Support Site Managers and teams to achieve project objectives.
• Assist in planning and delivery of construction activities.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials and sub-contractors for efficient delivery.
• Assist in the management and coordination of site resources.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Build positive relationships with project teams and foster collaboration and diverse perspectives.
