Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a freelance position on a busy residential development in Uckfield. You will support the Site Manager and Project Manager, taking plots from 1st fix through to completion.

Responsibilities include coordinating trades, ensuring H&S compliance, and maintaining quality, with a day rate of £250 and a strong pipeline of work with a respected PLC.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a developer.
• Strong knowledge of the build process from 1st fix to handover.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades on a fast paced site.
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid certifications.
