Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Ashford is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a busy residential development on a freelance basis. You will oversee plots from 1st fix to completion and support the Site Manager with daily operations on site.

The role requires CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid, with proven ability to manage multiple trades on a fast-paced site. The position offers a long-term freelance contract with a day rate of £250 and the opportunity to work with a respected PLC on a strong

• Strong knowledge of the build process from 1st fix to handover
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades on a fast paced site
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
