Salary/rate: £42,745 - £49,985 per annum + package + car allowance + bonus

Peterborough | £42,745 - £49,985 + 15% Bonus + £5.5K Car Allowance

Knightwood Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a 5-house builder delivering high-quality, open market homes across the East Midlands. You'll support the day-to-day running of site operations while managing your own build area, with full backing to grow into a Site Manager role.

Duties:

1. Overseeing subcontractors and trades
2. Monitoring build quality and ensuring H&S compliance
3. Coordinating materials and site logistics
4. Driving programmes and hitting deadlines
5. Engaging with customers to deliver a first-class experience

We want someone with a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellence in a fast-paced environment. Experience with a UK-based volume developer is essential.
