Role Purpose
To assist the Site Manager in ensuring that the construction operation is managed to build and deliver quality homes, within cost parameters, safely and to our customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Site Manager for Spitfire Homes, this vital role within our business will report directly into the Site Manager who is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on site, so that they are completed on time and to the standard required.
