Job summary

Thorn Baker Construction is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a brand-new housing site in Worcester, starting 2 November on a 1-year contract.

You will support the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations, oversee subcontractors and trades, monitor build quality and progress, and ensure health and safety standards are consistently met.

The role requires prior experience on new-build housing projects, plus SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications, and offers £260 per day.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Site Manager on new-build housing projects.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure safety.
