Job summary

Thorn Baker Construction is recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager for a brand-new housing site in Worcester. The role starts on 2nd November and runs for a 1-year contract, supporting the Site Manager with daily site operations on a busy residential project.

You will manage subcontractors and trades, monitor build quality and progress, and ensure health and safety standards are maintained to keep the project on programme.

Qualifications

• Previous Assistant Site Manager experience on new-build housing projects
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site
• Managing subcontractors and trades
• Monitoring build quality and progress
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
• Helping ensure the project is delivered to programme
