Overview

Are you an Assistant Site Manager with considerable experience working for Residential Developers? Are you looking to join a company where you can progress quickly and take on more responsibility?

Leading residential developer needs two experienced Assistant Site Managers to work on their high profile phased development near Eastbourne. Candidates wishing to apply for this role must have experience of working with other established house builders.

Responsibilities

• Work with a Site Manager, support them, and lead the site during holiday periods.
• Manage large, complex sites with a variety of property types, from apartments to 2/3/4 bedroom homes.
• Contribute to ongoing projects that have multiple phases running concurrently and are expected to run for several years.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Managers CSCS card and First Aid qualification is mandatory to progress the application.
• Experience of working with other established house builders is preferred.
• Experience on projects involving a mix of traditional and timber frame construction is advantageous.
