Netherbrook Primary School, part of The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust, is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our Site Team as a part-time Assistant Site Manager.

Role Responsibilities: The Assistant Site Manager will work alongside the current Site Manager to provide maintenance and security services, manage the cleaning team, and ensure standards are met across the school. Flexibility in working hours is required, including potential split shifts, to accommodate sickness, maintenance needs, and other circumstances.
Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in maintenance is preferred but not essential. The candidate should be competent in basic building repairs, grounds maintenance, and operating small industrial, electrical, or mechanical equipment.
Additional Requirements: Successful applicants will need to complete a Health Declaration and DBS check.
Working Hours: 17.5 hours per week, typically 3.5 hours daily from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm, with some flexibility.
