What you'll be doing?
Within the Construction environment, you'll be involved in buying materials, managing projects, ensuring health and safety, and customer service. We work on approximately 400 developments across the UK, each with unique challenges, from new builds on brownfield sites to adapting existing buildings like old factories or disused hospitals.
We seek individuals who can bring fresh ideas and imagination, along with the commercial skills to manage people, budgets, and costs. Our construction teams are highly professional, with Site Managers winning more NHBC Pride in the Job Awards than any other housebuilder for thirteen consecutive years.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will assist in site management and support activities aimed at meeting targets related to health and safety, quality, customer care, and costs.
