Our client has an immediate requirement for an Assistant Site Manager / QA Manager to oversee works on a large rainscreen project.
Candidates applying should have direct knowledge of rainscreen installation from a trade background to supervision or management.
Successful candidates must have a CSCS card and some previous experience in a similar role.
Your role will include overseeing the quality of installation, resolving installation problems, and liaising between the site team and technical department.
You must be personable, professional, and able to communicate effectively at all levels. A good/basic working knowledge of IT applications, especially Word and Outlook, is essential.
The candidate must be able to communicate at different levels, from managing and pushing sub-contractors to liaising with management.
You should have a background to understand construction techniques, check quality, and be driven to ensure works progress smoothly. The ability to think on your feet and adopt a common-sense approach on site is essential.
