Salary: c£45,000 plus package

Job Description & Responsibilities

My client is a highly respected residential developer specializing in new build developments within the Northern Home Counties.

They have a number of exclusive developments in the Beds, Herts, and Northampton regions, consisting of luxury detached and semi-detached houses. They are looking to expand their site teams with experienced assistant site managers.

Role Overview: An Assistant Site Manager is needed to oversee new build residential projects from inception to completion, with strong opportunities for progression on site and in other developments, supported by a robust pipeline of work.

Working alongside Site Managers, you will help oversee all aspects of work on site until handovers.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working for a residential developer on traditional build schemes, particularly luxury townhouses.
• Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates.
