Assistant Site Manager

Location: Birmingham
Salary: 45K- 50K per Year
Contract: Permanent
Type: Full Time

I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK PLC Housebuilder, in assisting them with recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for their major residential scheme in Birmingham. The scheme comprises of 140 traditional build units, a mixture of houses and flats.

Duties

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for taking units from 2nd fix stage through to handover. You will manage around 20 plots at one time, oversee the programme, manage subcontractors on site, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Requirements

CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certificate.
