We’re seeking an Assistant Site Manager for our Midlands region, overseeing development in Kings Norton. You will support the Site Manager in managing the construction cycle, ensuring deadlines are met, and standards are upheld.
Based on-site and reporting to the Site Manager, you will handle health and safety, trades, materials, site presentation, and cost control, contributing to the success of our developments.
Working hours are 7.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. The role may involve call-outs and moving to different sites within the region upon project completion.
You should have experience building residential apartments or new homes, be a qualified First Aider, hold a CSCS Card, and have NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably with NHBC accreditation. Assertiveness, calmness under pressure, influencing skills, and a valid UK driver’s license are essential.
