Job summary

Linsco are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join a new build care home project in Banbury from start to completion.

The role involves managing and coordinating all sub-contractors, assisting the Site Manager, driving the programme, handling snagging and ensuring health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid certificates are required.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating all sub-contractors.
• Assist Site Manager with daily operations.
• Drive the programme to ensure works finish on time.
• Manage snagging lists and quality control.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and senior management.
• Prepare areas for inspection, handover and practical completion.
