Job summary

Linsco is seeking a Site Manager to lead a new build care home project in Banbury from start to completion. You will coordinate all subcontractors, drive the programme, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will hold SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid, have strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and organisational skills to liaise with subcontractors, consultants and senior management.

Qualifications

• Use of systems to record works progress.
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
• CSCS card.
• First Aid certification.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating all sub-contractors.

• Ensure health & safety standards are met at all times.
