Job description

We are looking for an Assistant Site Administration Manager to join our Infrastructure team on the A47 Thickthorn Junction in Norwich. You will provide administrative support to our project management team, undertaking a wide range of duties associated with the successful delivery of our scheme.

What you'll do:
  1. Attend meetings, take minutes, and track key activities.
  2. Utilize multiple software types via various applications.
  3. Administer relevant databases to coordinate project management information.
  4. Place purchase orders and track deliveries.
  5. Assist with accounts payable investigations.
  6. Receipt of delivery tickets.
  7. Assist the wider team with general administrative tasks.
  8. Assist with fleet vehicles, keeping vehicle records up to date and monitoring driver requirements and checks.
What you'll bring to the role:
  • Experience in administrative support and coordination.
  • Proficiency with relevant software applications.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
