As we embark on an exciting showroom expansion project, we are actively seeking an energetic, assertive, and experienced Assistant Showroom Manager to join our growing team!

Role and Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Showroom Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the showroom management team to ensure the smooth operation of the dynamic showroom environment. Working closely with the Showroom Manager and collaborating with Account Managers, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the success of each sales event. Your scheduled workdays will be Wednesday through Saturday, with flexibility to work on other days as needed.

Floor Management:

• Assist in managing stock deliveries, inventory, and stock returns, ensuring efficient processing and accurate documentation.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of product zoning and merchandising, creating visually appealing displays that enhance the customer experience.
• Contribute to product pricing and tagging processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the showroom.
• Assist in managing customer access, queues, and sales transactions, providing exceptional customer service.
• Help maintain a clean and organized showroom environment that reflects the luxury standards of our brand partners.
• Support health and safety measures, risk management, and loss prevention protocols.

Team Management:

• Assist in coordinating and supporting a diverse team of permanent and temporary staff, ensuring they understand Arlettie's procedures and processes.
• Contribute to team training initiatives, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Support management in resource allocation and daily operations.
• Assist in monitoring team performance and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
