St Elizabeth Hospice in Southwold is seeking a passionate Assistant Shop Manager to lead our charity shop's day-to-day operations, drive customer-focused service and support our coastal retail team.

In this role you will partner with the Shop Manager to meet budgets, promote Gift Aid, maintain high merchandising standards, and supervise volunteers across our local shops, with coverage across the portfolio when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Work with the Shop Manager to take responsibility for day-to-day organisation of the shop.
• Achieve agreed financial budgets.
• Promote and monitor Gift Aid.
• Always provide a high standard of customer service and satisfaction to both external and internal customers.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, layout and display.
• Work with and manage a team of volunteers who are integral to our business.
• Provide cover across the local portfolio of retail shops as required by Area Manager to cover holiday and sickness.
