Job Title: Assistant Shop Manager

Location: Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire

Part Time: 24 hours

Annual Salary: £13.23 per hour

Key Responsibilities

1. Assisting the Shop Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operation of the shop
2. Planning and managing deliveries and collections
3. Operating the agreed stock rotation system and pricing structure
4. Ensuring an efficient back room operation
5. Delivering budgeted sales targets and maximising profit
6. Providing excellent customer service
7. Creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and the shop team

Person Specification
