Job summary

Mencap in Norwich is hiring an Assistant Service Manager on a part-time contract (30 hours per week). You will support the Service Manager, lead the on-site team and help ensure high standards of service delivery. A full valid driving license is required to fulfil travel and on-site duties.

The role involves using computer and electronic systems, supporting team development, and ensuring compliance across the service. DBS checks and references apply, and visa sponsorship is not available.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Service Manager in Norwich, on a part time contract (30 hours per week) and must have a full drivers license. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to take the next step in their career and progress their development.

As an Assistant Service Manager, you will report to the Service Manager. Working alongside them, you will help to support a team of Support Workers and ensure the smooth running of the service. As an Assistant Service Manager you will?

• Be flexible, ensuring there is adequate support across the management team on site.
• Previous supervisory experience is desirable but not an essential.

This role requires you to be a driver.
