Job summary

Teem Recruitment is seeking an Assistant SENDCo & Learning Support Assistant for a well-established independent secondary school in North West London. You will work closely with the SEND team, teaching staff and senior leaders to deliver targeted interventions for students with additional learning needs.

Key duties include coordinating provision with the SENDCo, delivering small-group sessions, monitoring progress and records, and helping develop personalised learning plans.

About the Role

A well-established independent secondary school in North West London is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant SENDCo & Learning Support Assistant to join its committed team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting students with additional learning needs and helping them achieve their full potential. Working closely with the SEND team, teaching staff, and senior leaders, you will play a key role in delivering targeted interventions and providing effective support for students across the school.

Key Responsibilities
