Job summary
Vincere is seeking an experienced Assistant Lettings Manager to support the Lettings Department in Abingdon. You will work alongside the Lettings Manager to deliver a high standard of service, handle valuations, and generate new lettings opportunities.
The role requires a background in residential lettings, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a full UK driving licence. OTE £50,000 per annum, permanent full-time position with potential for progression.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Residential Lettings role.
- Experience of valuations and generating new lettings business.
- Good understanding of the lettings process from instruction to completion.
- Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and applicants.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
- Organised with good computer and property software skills.
- ARLA qualification or membership would be advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence and good local knowledge.

- Conduct property valuations and identify opportunities to generate new lettings business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Negotiate offers and progress lets through to completion.
- Assist with staff support, training and motivation within the lettings team.
- Support marketing activity and grow the local lettings portfolio.

An experienced Assistant Lettings Manager is required to support the Lettings Department of a successful independent estate agency with smart offices in Abingdon: working alongside the Lettings Manager to deliver a high level of service.
